- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases, and deliver effective, well-informed solutions.
- Develop strong product and system knowledge to provide accurate, confident guidance and become a trusted technical resource for customers.
- Capture and share customer feedback to support product improvements and ongoing engineering innovation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including support guides and procedures for both customer and internal use.
- Continue to grow your technical, engineering, and project coordination skill set, with support to develop into a subject matter expert over time.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Integrated Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years of post-graduate experience, with a strong foundation in technical support within industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience with system diagnostics, including hydrostatic, mechanical, electrical, and process control commissioning or field work.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards related to mechanically and electrically energized systems.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on safety and risk awareness.
What you bring to the table:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and learn quickly.
- A proactive, quality-focused mindset with a willingness to take initiative and continuously improve.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Bonus: Hands-on tooling and troubleshooting experience is an asset.
Please note:
This role may involve occasional flexibility in working hours, such as early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts, to accommodate customers across various time zones or during critical operations.
